Your team likely has a lot on their plate in managing finances, internal stakeholders, marketing your event, and more. Bringing on a planner allows you to delegate the logistics and design to a professional team of experts so that your internal teams can focus on what they do best.
We identify who is taking ownership over which tasks, who is required for decision making at each turn, and outline a clear roadmap so that we hit deadlines and move the planning progress along at a healthy pace. We collaborate with internal teams both big and small.

The average lead time for the majority of our events is anywhere from 10-14 months out. However, the earlier the better! We also specialize and pride ourselves in our ability to plan on short timelines of 4-8 months. It’s never too early or too late to inquire!
