What types of special events do you plan and specialize in?

We specialize in fundraisers, charity galas, annual meetings, anniversaries, holiday parties, milestone celebrations, and more. Send us an inquiry to get the process started!

Why hire an event planner for your special event?

How is event production different from event planning?

Event planning is laying the groundwork: budgeting, vision, creative team, and more. Event production is how it all gets brought to life: floor plans, production schedules, script, stage management, and on-site staffing. We are your partner in all phases of planning, design, and production so that your event is as seamless as possible.

How do you collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to plan a successful event?

We identify who is taking ownership over which tasks, who is required for decision making at each turn, and outline a clear roadmap so that we hit deadlines and move the planning progress along at a healthy pace. We collaborate with internal teams both big and small.

How early/in advance should we book your services?

The average lead time for the majority of our events is anywhere from 10-14 months out. However, the earlier the better! We also specialize and pride ourselves in our ability to plan on short timelines of 4-8 months. It’s never too early or too late to inquire!
