Start on the right track with forecasting your wedding day expenses so you can stay on budget. An ideal option if you’re unsure of your overall investment and want to go into wedding planning with a greater understanding of what your vision will cost.
To match you with your ideal venue, we'll work together to define priorities, features, and desired total budget. We’ll conduct a venue search to provide you with options, schedule site tours, forecast estimated expenses, weigh pros and cons of each space, review contracts, and ultimately assist you with securing your ideal venue.
When you simply need a little guidance and 1:1 time with a planner. Hourly consultations can be scheduled on an as-needed basis, to discuss any aspects of wedding planning. This time can be used to talk about planning tasks, design, expenses, vendors - anything you wish!

These are the questions asked most by couples. We invite you to reach out with other questions you might have as you consider your wedding planning needs.
Cru & Co is led by Owner and Lead Planner Elaina Crugnale, who primarily works with our Full Service and A La Carte couples. Our Associate Planner Jessica Spada guides our Wedding Management couples. We also have an assistant, Lindsey Gilles, who coordinates all things administrative to keep our business running smoothly. On event days, our team is supported by stellar contractors who have a minimum of 5 years of experience in weddings. They are the boots on the ground to support your lead planner. We typically work with 3 to 4 staff or more, depending on the complexity of your event.
We carefully reserve our calendars to ensure you have the best experience. Each planner on our team never books more than one event per week and a maximum of 8 to 10 events within a calendar year.
In short, we always recommend it. A venue coordinator’s primary responsibility is to the venue. Our primary responsibility is to the client. The venue coordinator will oversee all activities that take place within your rental period while your planner will oversee the entire day (and sometimes weekend). In order to have the best possible team and experience, both roles are a necessity.
The New England wedding industry is made up of all different markets. We fall within the luxury market, with overall budgets starting at $1,500 to $1,700 per 100 guests for our full-service approach and $800 to $1,000 per 100 guests for our wedding management approach. These amounts can vary significantly depending on guest count, time of year, vision, and logistics. There are many planners in New England who charge less than we do. However, it’s important to know that the experience that you will get is equivalent to your investment.
With 12 years in the industry, we have a vetted list of trusted professionals that we call on for partnership. Occasionally, we will work with a new partner on request from the client or if they come highly recommended by our peers. There are huge advantages to working with your planner’s preferred team vs. “new to us” vendors.
The average lead time for the majority of our events is anywhere from 10-14 months out. However, the earlier the better! We also specialize and pride ourselves in our ability to plan on short timelines of 4-8 months. It’s never too early or too late to inquire!
